FOOD STORAGE:
5 quarts cooking oil (olive oil is the longest-lasting as far as experation dates go, beside coconut oil. If you already participated in the group buy from a few months ago – you can use that for cooking oil.)
To pick it up locally, one case will cost you $24.
You can order your case on the "Items of the Month" form passed out at church and through email. 

EXTRA ITEM:
2 quarts peanut butter

CAR KIT:
Blanket, two bread bags and four rubber bands (to keep your sleeves clean). Well-fitting work gloves or disposable gloves.

FAMILY PREPAREDNESS:
Locate your electricity circuit box. Teach all responsible household members how to shut off the electricity to the entire house.
